Biography
Mark and Steve (AKA: The Chopstick Guys) have been teaching workshops for over 20 years and recently decided to take their instruction to the internet creating the Panoptic Chopsticks YouTube channel. Their educational videos are highlighted by their fun personalities and their love for photography and sushi. Episodes come out weekly, accompanied by 'Small Bites', short photography tips videos, and other videos throughout the week.
Individually, Steve is an accomplished and published photographer who has been behind the lens for 30 years. Mark has been shooting for 20 years and has been teaching Photoshop all over the country since 2010.
